Indoor Circuit Workout at TMC Helix Park
Get your sweat on with us by challenging movements in a Circuit class that will elevate your performance and make you feel stronger each day. This 45-minute Circuit class begins at 12p.m. on the last Friday of the month and will be led by the Instructor and Fitness Director at TruFusion, Chelsea.
A little bit about Chelsea – she is the Fitness Director of TruFusion and teaches everything from HIIT to Pilates to Boot camp, Yoga, and more! She likes to incorporate fun, strong moves that help challenge you and make you feel the burn.
The class will incorporate full-body movements that will get your heart rate up while strengthening your muscles and core. This class is excellent for all fitness levels and can be modified to anyone’s fitness needs.
Please bring water, a towel, and a mat. Snacks and water will be available for participants to refuel after the workout.
